About Jessica Cloonan

Jessica Cloonan has witnessed firsthand how real estate can shape neighborhoods and reward owners. She grew up with a father who lives on the Upper West Side and owns several bars and restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. After years of working for him, she started investing in various commercial establishments and learning everything there is to know about residential and commercial real estate.

 

Fascinated by the New York City market, Jessica brought her passion and expertise to Corcoran's Gallery office to provide insightful service to her clients. She understands fully that a real estate purchase or sale can be both financially significant and emotionally charged, and does her best to make the experience successful on all fronts.

 

Jessica is proud to be a part of the Lawrence Schier Team, which has been the #1 Team at the Corcoran Gallery Office for 20 years and counting. She met her husband, Bryan Cloonan, while working at the office, and they welcomed their second child in April. Their sons, Hudson and Aiden, will be working the team's open houses in no time!

 

Specializing in Manhattan and Brooklyn Sales as well as new construction buildings, Jessica enjoys bringing the right people and properties together. Graduating with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, she finds her background in acting to be incredibly useful when it comes to interacting and conversing with anyone. Jessica is dedicated to making every client feel cared for and confident throughout the process of finding or selling their home.

 

Personally, she is an avid runner who has completed three New York City Full Marathons, running for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Jessica is hooked on workouts at SoulCycle and Barry's Boot Camp as well. She has a deep appreciation for the arts, having subscriptions to the MOMA, Manhattan Theater Club and Metropolitan Opera.
